Overview

noelwin.com is a young domain on the PhishDestroy blocklist that has not yet been assigned a specific scheme type. It shows no identifiable brand or page title. Instead, it sends visitors onward through a redirect, so the address in the browser is not where the visit ends. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-10-07, and as of 2026-10-19 the site was still alive and the redirect was working.

How the scam works

It resolves to Cloudflare, Inc. addresses geolocated to Canada, which hides the server that actually hosts the content. Its free, automatically issued certificate says nothing about who operates it.
