PhishDestroy first detected the domain on 2026-09-05. As of 2026-10-19 the site is still online and its content now loads through a redirect.
How the scam works
The page presents itself as Binance's official Chinese portal so visitors believe they are on the genuine exchange. Pages like this typically collect the account email or phone number, password and one-time 2FA codes, which the operators then use to log in to the real Binance account and withdraw funds. Some variants also ask for deposits to a fake account, so money sent through the site is lost as well. The "-op" suffix is meant to look like an official subdomain or regional brand, but Binance does not run this domain.
Evidence
On 2026-09-11, 14 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain, including BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar and ADMINUSLabs. Several of these feed browser and endpoint protection, so many users will see a warning, but most engines still pass it. urlscan.io rated the page malicious and identified Binance as the imitated brand. The domain appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-05-11 through Fewmoretaps OU d/b/a Trustname.com, almost four months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests it was registered in advance and activated later. The site sits behind Cloudflare, so its address (188.114.96.3, located in Canada) belongs to Cloudflare's network and not to the operators' own server. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, which means the browser padlock shows only that the connection is encrypted. It says nothing about whether the site is genuine Binance.
What to do
If you entered your Binance login on this site, change your password from the official Binance app right away. Reset your 2FA, review active sessions and API keys, and turn on withdrawal address whitelisting. If you use the same password anywhere else, change it there too, starting with your email account. Report any unauthorized withdrawals to Binance support immediately, and do not send money to anyone claiming they can recover it. Security teams should block the domain and alert users who received links to it.
