The site was designed to steal login credentials, private keys, or cryptocurrency directly—a classic crypto drainer tactic. By mimicking a well-known gambling brand, the attackers hoped to bypass users' caution and harvest sensitive information.

PhishDestroy’s analysis uncovered multiple red flags. VirusTotal shows 10 out of 95 security vendors flagged this domain as malicious, and it already appeared on three security blocklists. The domain was registered on April 04, 2026, through Key-Systems GmbH, a registrar sometimes associated with questionable domains. It resolved to IP 188.114.96.3 and used an SSL certificate from Google Trust Services, which gave it a false veneer of legitimacy. The page title read “Spinhero: Most Popular Online Crypto Casino Based on Blockchain,” exactly matching the impersonated brand. Fortunately, the site is now offline, but the threat remains for similar domains.
