PhishDestroy has identified a brand impersonation phishing domain at ledger-live-ask.pages.dev, which specifically targets users of the cryptocurrency hardware wallet company Ledger. This domain was designed to deceive visitors by presenting a fake login page that mimics the official Ledger Live interface, with a page title reading "Official Site®® | LedgerLive® | Getting Started®™". Fortunately, this malicious site has been taken offline, neutralizing the immediate threat to users who may have encountered it.

Technical analysis reveals that ledger-live-ask.pages.dev was registered through Cloudflare, Inc. and resolved to IP address 172.66.45.10. The domain was created on September 25, 2025, and its SSL certificate was issued by Google Trust Services (WE1). On VirusTotal, only 2 out of 95 security vendors flagged the domain as malicious, indicating a relatively low detection rate that underscores the sophistication of the phishing campaign. Furthermore, the domain appeared on 1 security blocklist, reinforcing its malicious nature.

Although the domain is currently offline, users should remain vigilant. PhishDestroy recommends that anyone who visited ledger-live-ask.pages.dev or entered credentials should immediately change their Ledger account passwords and enable two-factor authentication. Always verify the authenticity of Ledger-related websites by navigating directly to the official URL (ledger.com) and never clicking on unsolicited links.
