This site is a credential phishing page impersonating the Uphold cryptocurrency platform. The page title, "Uphold Login | Secure Access to Your Crypto & Digital Assets," falsely presents a legitimate login interface. The threat is that visitors may enter their login credentials, which are then stolen by the attacker.
