The domain toobit.live was a cryptocurrency brand-impersonation phishing site targeting users of the decentralized exchange 1inch. It posed as a legitimate trading platform to harvest login credentials or private keys but did not deploy a known crypto drainer kit. As of the latest verification, toobit.live has been taken offline.

Technical indicators confirm the elevated risk. Three of 95 VirusTotal security vendors flagged toobit.live, including Gridinsoft (trust score 0/100) and Netcraft. The domain appeared on four security blocklists: PhishDestroy, MetaMask, ScamSniffer, and SEAL. Registered through Global Domain Group LLC on February 21, 2026, it resolved to IP 37.27.63.3 (Hetzner Online GmbH, Finland) and used an SSL certificate issued by Let's Encrypt (R13). The observed page title was 'Toobit in London | Your Ultimate Cryptocurrency Trading and Investment Platform', and detected technologies included Nginx and Liveinternet. MX records pointed to mail.toobit.live, with nameservers ns41.link-host.net and ns42.link-host.net.

Users who interacted with toobit.live should immediately change any passwords or private keys entered on the site. Enable two-factor authentication on all cryptocurrency accounts and monitor for unauthorized transactions. Revoke any token approvals granted to unknown contracts via wallet interfaces like Etherscan or Revoke.cash.
