Resumen de las pruebas
On 23 July 2026, the domain learn-opensea-x.pages.dev was observed as part of a brand-impersonation campaign targeting OpenSea. The domain was created on 21 February 2026 and registered through Cloudflare, Inc., using the authoritative nameservers roan.ns.cloudflare.com and donna.ns.cloudflare.com. DNS resolution points to IP address 172.66.44.177, which belongs to AS13335 Cloudflare, Inc. and is geolocated in the United States. The TLS certificate presented is issued by Google Trust Services under the WE1 identifier, indicating a valid certificate chain but providing no indication of malicious intent. HTTP requests receive a 403 response and the page title returned is “Suspected phishing site | Cloudflare”, suggesting that the hosting provider has taken down the content.
VirusTotal analysis shows that 14 of 95 scanned security vendors flagged the domain, and Google Safe Browsing classifies it as a social-engineering threat. The site appears on a single security blocklist and has been actively blocked by PhishDestroy. Trust‑rating services assign extremely low scores (Scamadviser 1/100, Gridinsoft 0/100). Detected technologies include HSTS, Cloudflare services, and HTTP/3.
The campaign is labeled as a crypto scam and explicitly impersonates the OpenSea brand. Evidence confirms the infrastructure and the malicious classification, but the actual page content and credential‑harvesting mechanisms remain unknown because the site is currently offline and only the generic Cloudflare title is available. Analysts should treat any future subdomains of pages.dev that reference OpenSea as high‑risk, enforce DNS‑level blocking of the observed IP address and domain, and incorporate the observed detection patterns into email and web gateway filters. Continuous monitoring of Cloudflare‑registered domains created after February 2026 for similar naming patterns is also recommended to pre‑empt re‑use of this infrastructure.
