This site impersonates Tokopedia, the Indonesian online marketplace. Its hostname translates to "Tokopedia help center," and the page copied the brand's official title, "Situs Jual Beli Online Terlengkap, Mudah & Aman | Tokopedia." It targets Tokopedia buyers and sellers who are looking for support. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-15. The site went offline on 2026-10-17 and was still unreachable on 2026-10-19.

How the scam works
Fake help-center pages usually find victims who already have a problem, such as a stuck refund, a blocked account or a disputed order. Victims arrive through links sent in chats, comments or text messages. The page looks like Tokopedia and asks for a login, phone number, the one-time code Tokopedia sends by SMS, or bank and e-wallet details, all presented as a way to "verify" or "resolve" the case. With those details, the operators can take over the account, place orders, drain linked balances or reuse the data for further fraud.

Evidence
urlscan.io rated the page malicious and recognized Tokopedia branding on it, which confirms the impersonation directly.
