That makes Vietnamese-speaking business owners shopping for web services the likely audience. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-11, and it was still online with live content on 2026-10-19. How the scam works Impersonation pages borrow a legitimate company's name and layout so visitors trust the offer in front of them. A fake quote page typically pushes the visitor to submit contact details, log in, or pay a deposit for a website package that never arrives. Whatever is entered, including names, phone numbers, email logins or payment details, goes to the operator and can be reused for fraud or follow-up scams. The title reads as an ordinary web-design pricing page, while our classification is impersonation phishing. Evidence Nine of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-12.
